My name is Andrzej Manka and I have had to overcome plenty of horrible problems and obstacles, both in business and private life. Some of the most scary and shocking things were the deaths of my parents, addictions, monstrous debts, family challenges, sales hurdles, and being on the verge of bankruptcy. Overcoming all of these painful experiences brought a multitude of peace, compassion, and confidence into my life.

I am the founder of The Manka Academy, an e-learning company that helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses faster. I’ve worked as a sales professional at leading UK companies such as Media 10 and Marcus Evans.

Before moving to London, I was, among other things, a TV producer at TVN and TVP, and Marketing Director at Gutek Film. Now, I am also an author of books and online courses, both in English and Polish, on business growth, storytelling, sales, and personal finance management.

I am a born-again Christian. In my spare time, I run marathons and listen to modern jazz.
